I'm Becky a Level 3 Personal Trainer, Nutrition advisor and Exercise Class Instructor with a huge passion for strength and fitness. I have been in the fitness industry for over 14 years now and always keen to ensure I am up to speed on the latest fitness trends.
My interest and passion for fitness started from an early age where I trained and competed as a gymnast. My training and focus towards fitness has been consistent since. Over the years I have worked with all ages, sizes and abilities and I am confident that together we can achieve your goals.
I understand that adapting new fitness habits is difficult and often times fails. My goal is to change your view on fitness, so that it becomes a part of who you are and your lifestyle. I strongly believe that if you practice healthy habits, you will be able to obtain a healthy lifestyle.
